Mark D. Rassman has over 20 years of focused experience in criminal law, traffic, family law, school law and general litigation matters. Mark has tried over 60 criminal jury trials and he has conducted thousands of motion hearings and plea agreements in Pennsylvania and in the Federal Courts. His practice has included many high profile criminal matters including murder, drugs, arson and DUI. Mark is certified to handle capital homicide cases, a credential held by but a small percentage of criminal defense attorneys. Additionally, Mark has handled many appeals to the Superior and Supreme Courts of Pennsylvania. In addition to his criminal practice, Mark has tried many civil matters including divorce, custody, estates, personal injury and landlord tenant to name a few. Mark has been named by Main Line Today as a Top Lawyer in Criminal Defense.
Mark is a graduate of the University of Delaware and the Widener University School of Law. Prior to practicing law, Mark was a high school teacher and is a frequent lecturer at several local colleges and high schools.
